On the very top, I keep extra tokens and mission tokens in baggies, in the left hole is where I keep my ships for the evening if I'm going to be moving them around and they fit.

Inside are bases, rules, movement templates, tokens I actually use, and a standard size binder with card holders that fits *just perfectly*.

Middle spots have the ships, currently one box for each faction but I'm going to have to combine Empire and S&V into one to make room for all my Rebels. The Falcon and Outrider are a little awkward and don't fit snugly but all the other Rebel ships so far do.

To the left and right are boxes for cardboard bases and maneuver dials. Running out of Rebel room there as well!

Let me know if you want to know anything else.

Any decent builds for Empire Slave 1? I've ran it a few times without much success; I don't have a lot of Empire to support it unfortunately. Also I love bombs.

I use a few of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005QWYF?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00 since they have removable compartments they can be reconfigured fairly easily and it's also easy to just pop the ones out for whatever tokens you need. I used this guide as the idea: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/943758/love-gaming-x-wing-storage-solution-acrylic-templa but I never bothered actually doing the part where you cut up the ship packaging and make safe little berths for them since I don't really travel with my collection. They're handy enough for holding a billion dials and the like though.

I shouldn't tell you this but you're the only one I can trust...
Here's my Plano:

The top compartments just have extra baggies and duplicate tokens. The big main compartment holds my Tantive and Transport, along with all the rule-books and lists I've printed out, range rulers, and a card box with all my cards in it. Box is starting to get over-full and it's not the quickest to search through, even though everything is sorted into baggies. The side trays have my movement templates and rules cards/dial sheets.

The two smaller plastic trays hold tokens. The one on the left is my game kit which contains everything I need to play a tournament style game. The one on the right is extra and mission specific tokens.

I've got one tray for each faction. Didn't show scum because I don't have much yet, just Most Wanted, one Star Viper, and Boba. Most my ships are snuggled into their original molded plastic packaging, cut out to fit in the tray spots. Because of that, I'm able to stack some of the slimmer form ones without much worry, so my X's, Z's, Interceptors, A's, and Interceptors are stacked together. The standard TIE Fighters are jammed together without plastic to save space and because they keep each other from rattling around.

Oh hey, which state? May've played with you at one of the local events, if you're anywhere near Adelaide.

Also, I've been thinking about getting a smaller case (right now I've got the mandatory double-sided Plano case for my ships and tokens, along with some other double-sided case - also from Bunnings - for all the cards, etc.) for events, so I might need to check that out!

Thanks. I repacked my Rebels last night and it's a bit more cramped because I have more ships (3x T65, 2 Y's, 3 B's, 4 A's, 2 K's, 1 E, a HWK, Falcon, and Outrider) but the solution I hit upon was standing a number of the ships on their engines, and if you do that then the X-Wings, A-Wings, and E-Wing will all fit in the narrowest divider space you can make while also holding a single base and pegs. I don't have the large space as neatly divided as you do, the Falcon, Outrider, and both K-Wings are all sharing 2/3rds of the space with bases while the last chunk has the large ship base inserts plus all my Rebel dials, and then I had just enough space to fit the small base inserts. Of course I have zero room left over for any further ships, but that's what those two boxes in the side compartments are for.

The Hound's Tooth is gonna be the bitch of the bunch, though. Even if I carve out some of the built-in dividers there's nothing that really holds it like the last case I was using did, so I may just have to keep it in the top compartment for now.

One of the guys at league has a Hound's Tooth; he cut a hole in the top of the container (similar containers to the ones I pictured) so that the top of the ship sticks out. You can also try prying the fins off to be able to lay it down sideways.

Vallejo personally, but I'll vouch for any that come in dropper bottles. It's both easier for newbies wrt amount and doesn't dry like citadel does. I'm using paints I bought 10 years ago when I last dropped the model painting hobby. GW washes are great, though. I must have the last remaining sepia washes they made from back then. Some guy paid around $5,000 for Blue Table Painting to paint an entire army of Chaos Dwarves. He got them back in a very sorry state; some things only had primer, only 1-2 colors total, lots of bare plastic showing. BTP went out of their way to not offer to help the guy ("We'll send someone out to your house to paint them") and maintained the entire time that they had done nothing wrong.

Something like that.

EDIT: http://www.somethingswrong.sg/2014/10/blue-table-painting.html

EDITx2: He's taken down the initial review video after he got the army back. Here is one where he goes over the army after it has been repainted by another company.

Thanks for the info you two, I'll have to check those out! Also, would you advise just painting over the top of the Z-95's coat (which would be the 'black sun soldier' scheme, rather than the rebel one), or should I see about removing it, then re-painting it from scratch? You can try stripping the paints off (pop by the mini painting thread to find out how, the best stuff to use will depend on your location) but it's reasonably likely they use enamels for a lot of it which don't come off, so you might just need to paint over. If you do, probably best to prime first.

Thanks! I think Y-Wings and K-Wings look really good in darker colours. For yellow I reckon dark grey would look great, and it would be a bit easier to highlight than black. Yellow can be a bit of a pain to paint, so I'd recommend lots of really thin coats over a grey or even white base. Alternatively you can just paint over the existing paintjob.

Chewie/Leebo is a tough list to chunk through, there's no shame in losing to that the first time or three you go up against it. I do recommend focusing on the Outrider which you've figured out on your own, and yeah, one thing to watch for is when those big ships decide to drop speed if they catch you riding on their rear end, especially the Outrider if they're running a Heavy Laser Cannon since they know you'll be trying to stay in that dead zone at range 1. It's one of those things that just comes with practice as you get a better feel for flying against things like the Falcon, being able to intuit how they're likely to move and respond accordingly.

Yeah, the guy who ran the list very kindly pointed that out - embarassingly he'd left his own ships at home so he kicked my rear end with the ships I lent him. That stung my pride more than a little.
