So I just had the worst luck /decision making /fat finger I have ever had. Just went through 15 stones on challenge 9 and 10. 9 was like 3 on fat fingers. Whatever. 10 was loving 12. One on 3, one on 4. On Goemon, my I shot both gravities, then fat fingered a combo. Should have quit, but was 2 in, figured I would just finish it. Kept dying, then hitting Kirins 100x on accident. I hate myself right now.

Wonder of wonders, I actually got a Latent Tamadra invade for the first time today. Is it more efficient to put an ATK Latent on a 3-prong monster, or a 2 prong with a higher base attack? I planned to feed it to Orochi but figured I should check first.

Little late on Vishnu chat but as some one who max skilled him recently I would like to say he's loving incredible. Easily my number 1 favorite Bastet sub now that I can activate him 2-3 times during a dungeon. A little rng dependent but having whole rows and TPAs falling out of the sky is fantastic. Plus those 2 orbs he makes shouldn't be underestimated, they can turn an orb hosed first round board into something usable or turn a disappointing Verdandi/Meimei board into a respectable one. Of course he also hits like a freight train. If you can definetly take the opportunity to skill him up.

BTW, In the 3-floor challenge dungeon in Japan I actually stalled with Yomi by hitting him for 100% damage for seven rounds, in order to have my skills ready to kill Kali on the third floor. So at least overkilling him can be an useful skill.

How should i ult evo my DQXQ? I will probably get the last material for either evolution on Friday but i am not sure on what to do.DQ seems to be a better sub, and XQ seems to be a better leader. I have been using them mostly as leaders but i also have a Set available to lead, though he doesn't seem to synergise with them. Or should i wait for the upcoming godfest to see if i can get a new leader or not?

There's a handful of reasons not to go DQ: you want to run a healer only team that isn't AAma/LMeta/etc for some reason, or you want to use it for no dupe related things. If you have the Angel, is say just go DQ. Better in every way except leader skill, and if you have Set you have a better leader.

Also, go look up the all-Haku team trying Athena if you want any linger pain to fade away. Or to just laugh at someone who's WAY too into his Waifu.

New game day, Hera-Ur became available, apparently didn't get the stone for Mythical yet even though I've done the same level in the challenges no issue so go to run it-RCV Tamadra shows up, knocks me down low enough before succumbing that Minerva's pre-empt ends me. So lost a stone, gained a stone, Ama gets another Tama

That's a pretty awful payout even compared just to 3x normals. You should probably run something other than sakuya for actually difficult dungeons that require damage control. Her damage, while really high, is just impossible to control. I did some excel calculations a while back after building a for-fun sakuya team and realized she is not viable for the current endgame unless you really have nothing else. A normal rainbow leader with a fixed multiplier, past 5 combos, deals an additional 20-35% damage with each additional combo (it varies per combo) assuming even color distribution. Sakuya deals 60-95% more damage with each additional combo. So it's entirely rng dependent as a single skyfall could double your damage, and thus not surprising at all that you kept accidentally overklling goemon. I don't think even truc i.e. sakuya lover number 1 runs her against challenge dungeons filled with damage cap bosses like kagu/goemon/vishnu etc.
