After all, that android DID survive the meteor incident, thanks to Saitama's efforts, and the last thing Bofoy said about it was that he needed to test stronger missiles. There's no reason why he wouldn't re-use the same missile platform android since it's still intact.

That, and he ~is~ known as Metal Knight - it's probably some sort of platform he uses for a multitude of purposes. It could be anywhere from just those missiles to a previous platform he used that he builds upon.

The bit with Pri Pri Prisonurse was new, wasn't it? They seem to be changing the character a bit for the better. If there was one manga chapter that I was afraid the anime would not do justice, it was this one and I'm glad it turned out well.
