If you're not using one of those weapons it isn't worth leveling up at all.

i continue to like chalices more and more the more times i play through them on new characters, but the addition of npc summons is great. they're kind of useless as far as dealing damage, but I feel like it's always way more entertainment than 1 insight is worth
