It's such a cheap gag, but *nathan pitches ridiculous idea* *person stares incredulously* "She was in!" Always makes me laugh.

I honestly think this was the best episode of the series. I was out doing errands this evening and more than once stopped in my tracks and laughed out loud to myself on the street like a weirdo because I started thinking about it again.

The interview with the biker couple was brilliant, i like to think that's the first the woman had heard of the night the man hooked up with 2 chicks.

My favorite running gag is how awful parents who want their kids on TV are. "OK, well we're just gonna get out of here and leave our kid with you and these two porn actors."

Telling a motorcycle couple that he didn't want to be a "third wheel" might be my favorite Nathan joke ever.

I am happy to report that the Season 1 Commentary track includes all you've ever wanted to know about Salomon's thoughts on the movie Click. Also they talk about girls a lot. The season 2 track features the Bill Gates impersonator and oh god this is great Lastdancer fucked around with this message at 22:03 on Nov 25, 2015 |

Nathan knows what women want! wouldn't that just be crazy and random to go to a lab and get our blood drawn and stuff? The nurse just going along with the fart machine is another stellar example of "people will do anything Nathan suggests to get on TV". AVclub posted:Ain’t no party like a Nathan Fielder party, ‘cause a Nathan Fielder party is montage-friendly. Nathan found a friend, even after he confessed his weird manipulations! That's amazing. Super psyched for the finale next week. The TV.com blurb: Nathan searches for a hero that he says is inside of everyone. This is gonna be epic. I can't believe I'm saying this, but that episode got me a little emotional. After being turned down so many times, it's nice to see Nathan finally made a friend. Was anyone else kind of surprised at how... normal that guy was? The red/blue conversation in the car was hilariously weird, but that struck me as just some harmless geekery. I was bracing myself the whole time for some big twist to reveal the dude was actually really hosed up, or the whole thing to just end in disaster but I was really happy it didn't go that route and ended on a happy note.

What cracks me up is picturing Nathan and the crew visiting him at home, springing the secret blood test on him and expecting him to tell them to leave. Then when he lets it slide they all spend a nice afternoon riding rollercoasters. This whole season had a bunch of little social triumphs where Nathan failed to creep his mark out, like the travel agency lady.

"Can you ______ it up" is a thing about 99% of ethnic actors have experienced before on casting calls, especially asians. The stunt driver lady's been on camera in a few TV shows and movies (including Rush Hour 2) so I'm pretty sure she's been in that exact situation before. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1024867/

Yea, Aziz Ansari does a whole episode on this in his new show Master of None where he's basically always asked at readings, "Can you do an Indian accent?"

Yeah, if I remember right they wanted a bigger season for this season even, but Nathan was only comfortable doing the 10 or so in order to maintain the shows quality. With all the terrible shows Comedy Central has I have to imagine this one is fine as long as Nathan wants to keep doing it, but thats coming from someone who has done no research on the ratings, and is talking out of his rear end.

I'm sure this has been covered, but the first dvd I purchased in years was Nathan for you and it is worth it for the bill gates impersonator's commentary alone. And also because it's one of the best comedy shows of the 21st century.

CC has been pretty patient with their "let's give a random comedian a chance to make their weird show" slots lately. Even if it gets cancelled I'm optimistic Nathan will at least land a gig as The Weird Correspndent somewhere, those clips of him on Canadian TV are gold.
