Just put all your cards into the prize boxes from earlier seasons. The only cards worth sleeving up are alt arts anyway. jassi007 posted:I'm waiting on the ultimate guard binders. http://www.ultimateguard.com/en/binders-folders/flexfolio/mini-american-flexxfolio-mystic-space.html 360 mini cards should be plenty of space. I'm waiting for that too - more for a friend since he's terrible with managing the little cards.

They look small enough that I can throw it in my plano box. I don't want full 3 ring binder pages, I have a big 'ol Plano box but it still won't fit a full 3 ring binder.

I have a large battle foam (don't buy them plz, their owner sucks) bag I got from regionals earlier this year but don't use it at all except to store my extra models. I only ever uses tournament-ready kits inside L5R tins that are about the size of a lunch box. The moment I can find a tiny tin that holds these cards it'll be perfect. For now I just jam useful ones into the millennium falcon (of course) prize box and carry that with the lunch box. I've been buying gum and candy that comes with plastic containers in the hopes that one will be useful for exactly this purpose. So far I haven't found a perfect one yet but I now have plenty of containers that can be used for tokens or other board games and can have cool stickers applied to them after you remove the plastic wraps. I've been getting the "ugly" star stickers my little cousins don't want. Pro-tip: the stormtrooper mints hold 10 dice comfortably and 11 dice max. This is enough for anyone.

I'm in the same boat of wanting a good sleeved damage deck container. I sprung for a preorder on one of those Ultimate Guard folios for the upgrades, but it seems like the only option for an actual deck holder are a bunch of made to order 3D printed stuff that's way overpriced. I'm fine paying twenty plus bucks for a nice zippered case that'll hold hundreds of upgrades, but not so much with paying the same price for a little plastic widget. e: jassi007 posted:From Ultimate Guards twitter. I was being facetious, it should be great for holding both, doubly great since you can choose which you want to use.

Can a ship fire if it has no enemies in arc? Specifically, can a TIE Phantom get Advanced Cloaking Device to activate if it has nothing in arc to shoot at?

No. You have to have a valid target.

Thought not. I did substantially less well against a PTL boost barrel rolling Dash than I thought, then. Also Is there a trick to getting snapped-off pegs out, I'm having no luck at all. E: turns out the little post bit had snapped off itself so no wonder it was difficult. I dug it out and it turns out the ship has a hole in the bottom the same size as the top of the post anyway, so I think I'm OK as long as it's the right way round. thespaceinvader fucked around with this message at 01:43 on Dec 3, 2015 |

Quick question. If a ship starts on an asteroid, does it suffer the effects of moving through an asteroid again on its turn?

Is there an official full-size damage deck or am I going to have to get a print shop to do one up for me? (Yeah, yeah, it wouldn't be legal in tournaments, but making myself comfortable at home might be worth it anyway.)

I'm going to play this list at my league this evening because, drat it, Wes is cool and so are X-Wings. Also because we don't keep score in December. Wes Janson (29) + Veteran Instincts (1) + BB-8 (2) Dagger Squadron Pilot (24) + Advanced Sensors (3) Dagger Squadron Pilot (24) + Advanced Sensors (3) Tala Squadron Pilot (13) Total: 99

On the topic of x-wing supremacy: How feasible would it be to convert X-wings to have their wings closed, and then use as z-95 proxies? It would just feel right, you know, to have the t65 be a more common (if not the most common) rebel ship, even if it means that now non-aces are even more pathetic compared to Wedge et al.

I imagine it would be pretty easy with some clippers or a jeweller's saw and a bit of pinning. The trick would be to avoid snapping the AMAZINGLY spindly guns. I'm seriously considering replacing mine with brass rod.

Why not just proxy them as is, and paint them a different color to distinguish them from any other T-65s you might run?
