I think with the battery case It's obvious what it is. It looks like a battery extension that somebody bought and is now holding up to their ear. Apple battery. I think there won't be a + version because there isn't now, and because it would look to giant. A battery case already makes it look big and as far as I can tell they're all indistinguishable from a case. You just have a big, giant phone. Apple innovates drawing complaints about battery size in the battery case
