I'd be surprised if literally every Mexican restaurant sucks, that's just been what I've experienced and heard so far. I can at least verify that (most) British people admit that they can't do it right; they make up for it by having good curry, though.

I wish I had taken a picture, but the worst mayo atrocity I've seen was in Japan. It was plain spaghetti with mayo.. in a hot dog bun. Wrapped in plastic and sold at a convenience store.

For an alternative answer, if we define room temperature as the temperature at which people generally feel neither hot nor cold and take this at 20 Celsius we could say that 0 Celcius is 20 degrees colder than "normal" so twice as cold would bring us down to -20 Celsius.
