Cauliflower can be good, but I definitely think it needs to be prepared and seasoned correctly. It's a lot like a potato. Speaking of seasoning vegetables, I ate a few months ago at the Little Goat Diner in Chicago and was really impressed by how good their vegetables tasted, so I brought it up to a friend I know that serves there and she told me the secret to delicious vegetables, which makes them completely unvegetarian.

This looks like a less attractive version of what my mom is making for Christmas eve dinner* and I am so, so excited. *: For some reason, being Ukrainian means we do all the fun stuff the night before Christmas and spend Christmas day at the movie theatre and getting Chinese food and I not sure why this is because I was always so happy to get presents before anyone else that I never questioned it.
