These are serious reviews for one of the nicest, newest buildings in Surrey: http://www.condoadvisory.com/item.php?item_id=27412 e.g. quote:It was a nightmare living there as the suits were rented out by druggies and we always heard loud music, fights, etc in the middle of the night. Almost every third day the police visited the building. A dead body of a middle aged man was lying in the next suit in 25th floor for about 2 weeks and the foul smelling prompted the RCMP to break open the door. Incidents of suicidal fall from the? 15th floor, illegal activities behind the building and thus the list goes on. Last month we found blood splashed inside the elevator and on the carpet on the 25th floor and later learnt that this is because of a fight between the roommates living in a suit in the 25th floor. ~*~*~Luxury Homes~*~*~

Most TFSAs have little in them, and what is in them has already had tax paid on it. Completely different from income trusts where companies were using them as a giant tax dodge. And math without methods might as well be made up.
