I'm not the only one! My uncle does this in spells. I don't know if he's high and gets on a bent sometimes but it's loving awful. He's been talked to about it and his response is pretty much, well, this is where your food is coming from and if you can't handle it, then stop eating meat. So like, I eat meat in small amounts and try to get it from humane sources but my uncle is pretty hard core. He doesn't think we have any right to take the life of another for food. I just am not going to get into it with him but he's really bad about anthropomorphizing animal behavior (no connection with furries whatsoever, just doesn't get that animal perceptions and emotional responses might be significantly different than the human experience). He also posts a lot of videos looking deeply into the eyes of cows, or videos of a hippy dude massaging a napping cow. The most recent one was a tuna being hauled onto a boat and stabbed. The overlying text bid the viewer to imagine you in "her" place or something like that. Prior to that it was non stop anti milk videos. One headline said something like Having "your" milk with cereal? It belongs to him! Photo of a calf. He has a pack of rescue dogs too. At least he doesn't feed them a bullshit vegan diet, though I'm not sure what exactly he does do ethically. So I guess he isn't above pet ownership, but Jesus Christ visiting is nuts. Smelly, happy, but ill behaved dogs everywhere. Otherwise this uncle is totally cool. But holy poo poo he will light Facebook on fire sometimes. He posted a bunch of confederate flag stuff to prod his conservative friends, then berate them until they defriended him.
