Don't worry, that's just the number of affordable homes they're building in that development (if you can call 2 homes a development), overall they're building a grand total of... er... 29 new affordable homes for a borough of 267,000 people. Also, 9 of them will be shared ownership so they will presumably immediately be leaving the stock of council houses. e:f,b

Like because they're gettin the food for free who cares if it's literally rotten?
