It would be cool if one of these guys, on a dare or something, tried doing a full-length episode straight through with no cuts, playing all the voices. 22 minutes of one guy talking to himself, pitching his voice differently every few sentences. Like a Fry-Farnsworth-Zoidberg episode with a bunch of random side characters all voiced by Billy West, and then let me watch the video of the recording session.

It's not exactly what you want, but I believe that a bunch of voice actors (including Billy West possibly and definitely Joe Dimaggio) read out the entirely of the Star Wars A New Hope script at a convention once, using their characters' voices. And it was filmed.

You basically typed out what I've been hearing from the start as a viewer of VB. They're still more varied, interesting, and talented than other voice actors. I love Futurama, but the voices, meh....Ren and Stimpy voice palettes all day long. I like that there are a limited number of voice actors on VB is an issue, keeps it beautiful. Just like their scripts, limited writers. (Is it not just the two of them writing? Correct this if wrong). The show is perfect. Aziz and Benjamin were their only foul-ups. I love the music references on VB because most of the time when people are referencing music in shows its always Rush or some other dumb nerd rock thing. I love how its always like punk/goth/new wave/post punk whatever stuff. I always felt there needed to be a Morrissey themed villain.
