Finland's "most trustworthy news media" MV -lehti, despite it's subtitle, has it's opponents. Some call it an irresponsible alternative news rag with little appreciation to the truth or facts, with topics revolving mostly around rapes, immigrants, raping immigrants and immigrants raping. And some other stuff. Anyway, today nine student and political youth organizations from all the big parties announced campaigning against the site. Since they can't shut it down, they're going for the funding - namely, the adverts on the site. Will this work? Who knows, but I'm certain someone's suvakki register is bloating up. One group is absent from that campaign, though: True Finns. Any guesses why? I'm all ears.

The one time I took a look at MV-Lehti, the page was full of ads for homeopathy and boner pills. Somehow I don't think that these people are exactly shaking in their boots at the thought of Kokkari Youth marching against them.
