Positives: - Price in relation to what you would have to pay in Tuscaloosa; night & day difference. - Clean - Obvious that it has been renovated - Quiet Negatives: - Not a single place in (my) room to hang clothing - TV picture quality horrible - Believe that price could be a little bit better for what you are actually getting - Ok for guys traveling; wife would not have been happy.

Even if he's on month to month, his landlord can still charge him rent as long as he's got poo poo in the space, so he hasn't given himself much time to empty out both shops.
