More like 'she'll be right', I think. 'We'll spend more on education/health/police/whatever' just fades into the background, people agree with it but it's pretty dull. Give us a space program or something people can feel some pride in. open24hours fucked around with this message at 02:49 on Jan 28, 2016 |

^ They want you to do something important to the government via myGov? Expected return to government $0.00 If my Mum is anything to go by Turdball has succeeded in blaming everything bad about his administration on 'The Right' while making a number of high profile small 'L' liberal stances/stunts. I've mentioned previously that just not alienating half the population by being a serial creeper would shore up any one who's name was not-Abbott. My prediction is Turdball in a landslide with a senate majority. If the Tories play it cool then they will last at least three terms and we'll have: An even more authoritarian day to day life (especially if you are a welfare recipient). A 15% GST (but not on fresh food). A progressively more mean spirited erosion of penalty rates. An even greater divide between the rich and poor. Apparently the green army is implementing a huge 'urban canopy' program anyone confirm/deny preferably with commentary? Cartoon fucked around with this message at 03:10 on Jan 28, 2016 |

Remember that whole thing where tassie sold all its clean hydro power to the mainland so they could cash in on people wanting to lower their carbon emissions coz of that great big new tax on everything? And remember how basslink went down and tassie is in drought? Guess what the solution is? Bet you cant. quote:HYDRO Tasmania will ship in diesel generators to meet the state's energy needs, while a repair crew continues to search for the fault in Basslink.

I think 2007 is too fresh in the Libs memory to try both houses shenanigans first term out. Second term might bring feudalism or the lazy unemployed being put up against the wall. Unlikely though. It feels like brown suits are going to be in fashion and we're in the Fraser years economy wise.

If this is the level of Australian terrorism I think we're pretty ok.

Even as a joke, joking about a terrorist plan while also being a Muslim is probably a really bad idea. You would get investigated within the hour. That said, painting a kangaroo would be ambitious, those things would gently caress you up after one stroke of the paint brush. They're basically Mike Tyson Rats with a pair of trampoline feet.
