kwinkles posted:mrs kwinkles travels every week and she flies swa because they are more on time on average than the other options for the route (united or american). they are hecka on time because they only have one plane so finding substitutes is super easy and all their maintenance stuff can be mega standardized. yep, the on time stuff is what i helped them with they told us they didn't give a gently caress about costs, they just wanted to make sure people got to the airport on time (and it turned out they were actually so good about that that most of their flights were super early, which is bad in a different way)
