i can comfortable claw or palm it while gently manipulating the nubbin of the scroll wheel. i keep my other fingers busy, there are a lot of sensitive spots on the surface of this finely tuned device.

i love my logitech g9 i love it so much that i've used it for 7 years and have cut off and re-soldered the cable twice when it became frayed at the end i've resurfaced the buttons inside with UV epoxy to get the clickiness back after the microswitches wore grooves in the button bosses i've heavily reinforced the cable at its mounting point with various layers of heat-shrink, aluminum tubing, and epoxy to prevent further damage it's the best mouse ever made, and i didn't even get it for gaming. the ultra high report rate and super precision sensor is excellent for all graphics and CAD work because it's as precise as it gets.

i also have an anywhere mouse mx, which is the best laptop mouse ever made. it never loses tracking on any surface. i'm sitting in a meeting seeing other people putting down sheets of paper or trying to mouse on a book or the palm rest of their laptop cause their mouse won't read the glossy wooden conference table. but i'm just going bareback right on the surface and it works like a champ. amazing.

in a box i have the third best mouse ever made, which is the logitech mx revolution. some other people have posted about this one before so i won't get into it but it's an amazing desktop mouse. sadly the wireless receiver for mine is broken so i need to fix that before i can really get it going again. wish it was compatible with the nano receiver from the new ones.
