Panty Saluter posted:Does haswell have the same pcie lane limitation? all the cheap haswell chips have a similar limitation. if you pay enough money, they will give you a haswell that isn't crippled by design. this is called either "haswell-E" or "xeon E3-1600 v3," depending on whether you want to pay the extra $10 for ECC. the high-end skylakes haven't come out yet. i'm not sure they're going to come out at all. intel might wait until skylake's follow-up for a new set of high-end chips.

i reduce priority as much and even turn off its affinity for a processor but when i use the GPU it slows poo poo a bit. can't control that welp whats this skylake issue
