There's nothing wrong with playing on Normal if it's already challenging, and Xcom2 has a lot of new rules to learn! I started on normal, played the hell out of EU, then moved on to Classic after several successful campaigns. Probably never gonna touch Impossible. e: if the difficulty scaling is similar to Xcom1, then the leap from Normal to Classic will be refreshing if/when Normal becomes too easy.
