I read a book called Captain America #156 and I chuckled a little

then there was some kind of subtext I was missing

and all of a sudden loving SJWs had co-opted Captain America comics to deliver some kind of equality bullshit

(actually I'm just too lazy to post that last one in the badass panels thread that I don't read, but I wanted to share it because it's awesome)

That sound effect clearly says 'bunch', I'm not sure what that means in the context of that panel, is she punching him a bunch, is his collar getting all bunched up and wrinkled? I must know man :v:

Also that's the fake Bucky from the 50's that was all jingoistic and anti-commie, right?

You know besides almost every marvel hero, and he also helped to create romance comics. Kirby is the best

I didn't say he wasn't an incredible influence who did amazing things in the field, I just don't like how he draws average faces. Kirby is King, with one weakness.

No I get it. Some of Kirby's faces when he does a normal, non-fantastic monstrous fever dream of a person can look a little rough. Just a touch of Planet of the Apes from time to time.

I wouldn't go so far as to say he's bad at faces and it doesn't happen every time he draws a face but it does happen sometimes.

Crystar was their own property, which they licensed to a toy company. They were tired of their popular action figure/cartoon licenses costing money instead of making it.

It's a shame that the rest of the sci-fantasy stuff of that era was licensed; I'd live to see Visionaries or Sectaurs pop up in WeirldWorld.
