Yeah seriously, I get that it's Drudge or w/e, but I think anyone would be hard pressed to say they hate any of the Democratic candidates, especially since they've been blue (with the exception of 2000) since 1992.

I honestly don't think it's over for Gilmore. There are no viable establishment candidates. I think it'll get so bad that people will say, "why not Gilmore?" jokingly. Then they'll be saying, "well, why NOT Gilmore?" seriously. In the event of a brokered convention I think he's in a better position than the other candidates- all the candidates will do the "it's time for the good people of the Republican Party to get behind a candidate they can trust- namely, me" thing, but I think the divisions will run too deep for Christie delegates to go over to Rubio, Trump delegates to go over to Cruz, or Kasich delegates to go over Bush- basically I think they will all settle on a compromise, since they can't get THEIR guy in and they can't let the OTHER guy in. Gilmentum, baby.

I almost chose Jim Gilmore as my username (not as an alter/gimmick).

The day is March 1, 2016 and a Cruz or Trump nomination seems imminent. Bush has dropped out of the race, citing "low-energy" polling. Rubio's inability to talk without relying on soundbites has pushed him into the single-digits. Kasich and Christie both struggle to overcome the tarnish of having worked with President Obama. All hope seems lost.

As early polling in Virginia points to a Cruz landslide, a frantic Reince Priebus shouts to his assistant to get Gilmore on the line.

Gilmore is cool. I'm surprised there are no ironic Gilmore supporters yet, but I guess that would ruin it.

The media usually has preliminary exit polls and will start dropping wink-nod hints around 5 PM, but they're careful about not reporting top-line numbers. Actual exit polls will be released once polls close (and we can reverse vote percentages from them.)

It's really kind of a shame, it would be more fun to see results trickling in. Everything's going to be said and done by the time I wake up.

I have a feeling that if you were an ironic Gilmore supporter at a Gilmore event, he'd come over and whisper "Hey, I know you're just having fun, but I appreciate you being here anyway" and you'd become a genuine GIlmore supporter.

If Bernie doesn't win NH by at least 29%, then it's a huge victory for Hillary.

Because it's not even 1 PM and the vast majority of NH people ain't voted yet. The three areas tat vote at midnight aren't representative of when everyone else votes in the state.

75% of Merrimack is in traffic to park to vote. There's plenty of parking and no lines inside, just someone incompetently directing traffic in the parking lot causing thousands of people to sit for about an hour to get to the polls. Already reports locally of people giving up.

There was an account posting fake exit polling data on Twitter for a while. In case you were wondering, the (presumably) fake numbers had Bernie up ~ 55-45 and Trump coming in way under his poll numbers, but still several points ahead of Kasich.

Look, I didn't say it was interesting fake data.
