Does anyone else have a thing with early XM O&A where you associate specific bits strongly with other games/whatever? That bit in particular I heard when I was playing Deus Ex 1 and I believe I was at Area 51. It's partly how I found it since I remembered when I first played Deus Ex.

I can kinda see their point, but I feel their success was limited by their own attitudes towards their show. The lack of participation in meetings, the laissez-faire attitude when it came to show prep, and the really crazy poo poo they did to get ratings. There's a lot of good stuff they've done over the years (8-Track Porn is still something I can listen today and still get a loving laugh out of) but they got really complacent and lazy. Add that to an attitude that they deserve more for just existing and...well, you have what you have: a team that lasted for twenty years in some really lovely conditions that flamed out. You can see by their careers after the split that they're really not aware of their place with their fans, or in the entertainment industry. Honestly, I think they all should have taken advantage of Ant's firing and quit en masse, and then figured out what they wanted to do. Because going on the fly really made both guys do some stupid poo poo like think that doing lame radio is a good idea or that owning a podcast 'channel' is even remotely feasible or even desirable.
