BetterToRuleInHell posted:[3.0] Upon completing a Vanu Vanu beast tribe story quest and achieving a higher rank, players will be awarded a bonus of three additional daily quests after accepting all available daily quests. It says story quest, I'm assuming this is so you can do the rank up quest and then keep going, because the Vanu Vanu (and I'm assuming the Vnath) have this little problem where you don't get all the rep bonus from your last daily quest before the rank up quest at most ranks. This is a decent fix for that annoyance. So unless I'm completely mistaken, it will go do 3 daily quests, do story, get 3 more quest allowances to do the next 3 daily quests that unlocked from story.

The fight itself isn't bad nowadays, mogex just needs everybody to have an ounce of situational awareness and not puke out their max dps rotations and watch for some other minor mechanics. That mixed with who you get in DFs makes mogex like herding cats. Even nowadays I still have occasional wipes on Moghard in Trials Roulette when a tank or dps hurts King Mog too much or other dumb poo poo like nobody picking up the tank moogles and they end up loving with the healers.

I'm glad to see that warriors have been completely untouched, other than the attack power changes. I like SE's policy of buffing weak classes rather than nerfing strong ones. e: also correct me if I'm wrong but now it looks like Goring Blade will be the highest potency attack in the game at 640 Fister Roboto fucked around with this message at 20:03 on Feb 19, 2016 |

"I Hope Mentor Will Notice Me I" ...really???? I hate our localization team...why not leave it as "I Hope Senpai Will Notice Me I" (that ofc includes all achievements with this name). They make stupid references to stuff all the time but when they have an actual reference to something nearly mainstream by now...they change it....also...I hote for "Duty Roulette: Senpai" Thank you

Captain Oblivious posted:So with Fiend EX weapons being 220 isn't this just another Bismarck EX situation The Bismarck weapons were 175 when they came out, and were immediately outclassed by the 180 upgraded Law weapons that you could get really easily since Law and Seals weren't time-gated. It'll take for most classes 3 weeks to get their Lore weapons (assuming 990 cost like the other ones), so Fiend weapons will be relevant for a short while, and will continue being relevant for people gearing alt jobs while they focus the Lore tomes on their mains. You will also need to exchange a High-Capacity Tomestone for the Lore weapons, which you get by trading an unknown number of Midan Gears, which you can only obtain one of per week from A8 normal. Probably only a 3:1 exchange rate, but who the gently caress knows.

I tried out being a blacksmith last night. Do they keep leveling at a ridiculously fast pace or does it level off eventually? Just running back and forth between Limsa Lominsa and its neighbors doing tradecraft leves got me to 12 in no time. Patch Notes posted:[2.0] The requirements for undertaking the Chronicles of a New Era quest "Drop Dead Shiva" have been adjusted as follows: Oh, before you had to do Extreme Ramuh in order to unlock Normal Shiva?
