I have absolutely no interest in Spiderman or superheroes in general, but whenever I see that Youtube clip I want to watch Spiderman 3 so badly. Will I be disappointed or is the rest of the movie exactly as great as this scene?

Keeping that kind of raw entertainment up for two hours is a task no mortal man could hope to produce. So no. Rest of the movie is a tug of war between what the studio wanted to do and what the director wanted to do. It's a trainwreck.
