I smell fan fiction...
Froome's surge up Stage 10 in the Tour was pretty good as well. There was some excitement to be had with the Cancellara going over his bars and the stage with the echelons as well.

The classics are still the best, no matter how you slice it.

Which race are you talking about for Saturday?

Paris-Nice is one of my favorite races, mostly because weather is crazy and you never know how it'll shake out coming out of the off-season.

Watching Sporza. It's easy enough to follow and I can bump YouTube over to my TV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrvxrQqODko

One of them had to finish 2nd!

Sagz was in the perfect spot, he just didn't have the legs. It's probably best though that he's not 100% on form now, he hasn't raced since San Luis. GvA has been in the sandbox races for the last month but that might cost him when it comes time for Flanders.

New record is 47.98km, over 1km above the last record, which is barely a month old.

https://twitter.com/xavierdisley/status/703675350111358976

Looks like she tried to ramp it up too much with 15min to go and took a while to regain composure after that. Only 20m from 48, shame.

I think the peloton have given it up. They don't seem to be making any progress on either group. Maybe Boonen will launch himself and steal it?

Although saying that the pack have just taken 10 seconds in a few hundred meters.
