Awia posted:room scale seems poo poo, its got the same problem that the kinect had in that you need a warehouse to play it in yeah even on top of that I can't imagine anyone is clamoring to effectively put on a blindfold and run around a room they can't see unless the game can actually acquire a 3d model of the room and integrate it into the virtual world. hololens seems to be able to do that but it costs 3x what any of the consumer vr devices do and isn't meant for gaming anyway
