Which is kinda strange since I don't enjoy cruisers however the T4 german one I hate with a passion and with the low amount of battles I have played in it. It seems to be heading into one of the best ships I own

I just came back to the game and missed the previous ARP missions. I see new ones just appeared so can someone explain to me the rewards. Is it really giving 2 Kongo-class ships with no catch? Are they premium? Can they be used in exactly the same way I use my current Kongo? And the only difference is a garish paintjob? The rank 16 captain looks an amazing reward, is it restricted to a particular ship or nation? And whats the point of the other commander, which isn't specified to be rank 16 (Haruna)? Has anyone done any thinking on the best ships to perform the missions in yet?

My turn ! - http://warships.today/player/1001561346/na/MREBoy So apparently if I solo in a DD (1561 rating) or team up in a Cruiser , I am a Great or Unicum player (1391 to 1533 rating).   To me the laffo thing about my DD rating is that 29 of 30 games are in a Clemson, Wickes, or Sampson. My numbers for win rate, damage, XP, and kills are all well above the average.

My Kongo Winrate was 70%, so I was really looking forward to the Fuso. In my first game with the Fuso I immediately noticed something was wrong...very wrong... 13.2km stock range. What the??? Free XPing that first hull upgrade rightaway drat.

I thought I was pretty good, but most of you jerks have better ratings than I do. I'm still excellent in cruisers, especially low levels, so put that in your pipes and smoke it. (<3 one day I will work up the courage to do a team game with you assholes and get poo poo done.)

Otherwise it's pretty hard to effectively locate DDs and my proximity warning (!) is always lit up and with the amount of DDs around, and it's just really hard to dodge them at high tiers due to the quantity and velocity. Citadeling other CAs is still fun, but that's becoming few and far between these days. T5 Gremyaschy is still peak gameplay for me. Apparently I'm 5th on warships.today for it with >250 battles.

I cant believe they gave us more kill missions. Just had two Shimakazes spotted, and there were 4 friendly ships within about 13km of them including 3 cruisers. I didnt see a single shot fired at them, everyone was blazing away at a New Orleans with 8k hp about 16km out. So the Shimas just shot me to death without the slightest interference. Then those ships died horribly to torpedoes and BB fire without killing the New Orleans so that felt better. Just checked my team got 0 kills to 9 in that game.

Are there any lower tier BBs or CAs which are fun with the new manual aim skill for secondary guns ? The Arkansas Beta seems to be a prime candidate with it's 21 secondary guns and the slots for a range and reload module, combined with tier 4 captain skill and the 5% range flag, you should get 5+km range on those.

The accuracy bonus given by the skill is not the same for low and high tier ships. I think it go from +15% to +60% for t7 and above.
