I still find it surreal Kirby is one of the few Nintendo brand franchises with continuous lore and continuity. Like I'm expecting that Robo-Dedede to make an appearance after escaping from Kirby GCN and showing up in the Hard Mode of Return to Dream Land and be like a major character or something considering the robo theme going on. And the villainess from Triple Deluxe shows up and manages an item shop for some reason because she's reformed like the last few bosses were.

The best thing about "Trash Direct F Minus" comments is that with the exception of like, last fall with Pokemon VC and Cloud in Smash and the one from January 2013 that showed off games that hadn't even properly entered development yet because they were desperate every standard (meaning not game specific like the Smash Directs) Direct has been called the worst one ever. Especially when they used to do at least like four of these things a year.

I love that artwork of Slippy and Uncle Grippy because it doesn't look like it'd be out of place in a 90's SNES Instruction Manual or Strategy Guide in the slightest. Like it'd be put on the page where they go over the controls or the one near the end that has HELPFUL HINTS.
