Character animations stutter on some computers. Plz fix tia. I give this about a week before poor ArenaNet employees start shooting themselves. On a side note, none of these are Trading Post issues so good job Tivac!

Am I allowed to be at all hopeful at this point? I mean, we've spent three and a half years being burned, but on the other hand they've got an issue tracker and are actually talking to people about non-cake related things.

Main take away from a glance at the reddit AMA is thisquote:The April update is about reducing grind, clearing away some tedium, getting quickly to the fun, and improving rewards. We’ve always said that Guild Wars should be about having fun rather than preparing to have fun, and this will be a back-to-our-roots kind of update. I do hope they remove the grind, the one thing I love about gw2 was it was very casual and if I want to poopsock I play wow which I do now since it's raid game is better then gw2's. but I love playing gw2 when I want to level a character and put on a podcast.

transparency is one of the big things a lot of companies fail on, because not giving a playerbase any info just lets them run wild with rumors and the like while slowly growing more impatient/whatever. also, going Soon(tm) in response to poo poo never really goes well, especially when it happens like 10 times in a row. hopefully a-net actually improves on that front! it's not an exaggeration to say that for a long time they've kinda been lackluster in that area.
