EDIT - good lord, the more I read the crazier it gets. This is incredible! DOUBLE EDIT: everyone should read this - or try to. The insanity levels are off the scale. And every single bloody jpg is horribly compressed; almost beyond the point of readability in more than a few cases. Do these loons do that deliberately? There was a press conference about the investigation into Finicum's shooting. The interesting thing is there's cell phone footage from inside his truck and there can be no argument that he was egging on the police to shoot him. I wonder what the conspiracy people will say about it.

I've been completely confused by the rhetoric used by LaVoy and the rest of the patriots during the occupation. They keep saying they're peaceful and that they're only going to fire in self-defense while doing whatever they can to provoke law enforcement. It's like some kind of weird, ineffective protest version of waving your finger in someone's face while shouting, "I'm not touching you! I'm not touching you!" Well yeah, you're technically not, but nobody is going to charge me with assault if I kick your rear end for shoving your finger in my face.

Pretty dumb thing to lie about (if they did), those were probably justifiable shots.
