I spent an extra long weekend in Copenhagen with the wife. The food is incredible, but expensive. A cup of coffee is like $7. Be sure to get an open faced sandwich. If you are into history check out the National Museum (http://en.natmus.dk/museums/the-national-museum-of-denmark/exhibitions/the-danish-prehistory/). The exhibit on Danish prehistory was very well done.

i would personally underexpose for these and maybe slap on a red filter; it takes special consideration to make a blown-out sky work well. it seems distracting to the composition for these two.
