If your missions are hinging on +20 hack ability and 90% shots you might wanna up your tactical game a bit there bud.

You'll still have to be ahead of the curve on skullmining/gremlin upgrades to be controlling every mech, +20 or no. With +60 hacking from enemy protocol, the skulljack, and Gremlin Mk. 3 I had a 49% chance to hack Sectopods on my hacker medic. Over 50 percent if the bluescreen rounds hit first. Hacking is non-existent early game, you get decent stuff around the mid, then you get almost everything late game. Also I just got 6 soldiers, 2 mecs, 6 carapace (oops should have bought 4) and have laser rifles so gently caress it here I come train.

Like, I can see the 'load anyway' button at the bottom of the screen, but its finicky and doesn't appear unless you are in the main menu. I prefer the 'ignore missing content' for that reason. I did just try the 'remove missing content', so I'll report back on how that one worked.

Bloody hell for pulling the saturation fire fix. The Mac/Linux side side hasn't gotten the fix yet. At least for those who have already got it keep it until they unsub or delete it.

What I do is I put all my mods in a collection, and keep it updated when I change things. That way, I can click 'unsub all' or 'sub all' quickly. I also found that I occasionally have to manually delete the mods themselves, and run the 'remove missing content' mod.

I noticed it running significantly better. The loadout screen and the transition from the avenger to the world map are most improved but the battle maps are better as well.

Make 'em pay for being out in the open. I think it is all about play style. I watched NorthernLion's play through and he made great use of pistols so I tried it when I got the game but I wasn't finding it effective though since I just prefer to park my sniper somewhere and not move her. After I respeced she eventually shot up to #1 in kills. Beat the final mission today, man of the match goes to Andy the Andromedon. Dominated him at the start of the map he survived until the end.

So has anyone using the Batmod had a problem with black textures? It seems to strike users at random. :\

Maybe it's linked to the mod shaders cache that everyone is deleting. For mods that actually need shaders, to delete them turns all the textures black and lightless.

Should I delete ALL the ModShaderCache.ipk files, like or only the ones from the voice packs? also, whenever I select a tattoo, it shows on both arms and it makes a mess (like, even if I only select one arm, it appears in both). any way to fix this?

I hadn't really considered proxies to be that big a deal until I realized you can put them on a grenadier with salvo and follow up the mine with an overwatch. And now that Killzone doesn't activate from concealment, proxies are even more useful to set off an enemy turn overwatch trap.

When a dominated Andromedon dies, does it just die outright or does the suit reactivate and come after your team? Seems I'd prefer to dominate a Gatekeeper if it's the latter. Would be a pretty big risk to have an Andromedon turn on you at the wrong time.

Another class mod with entirely new skills, with matching GTS perk and AWC availability: the Field Medic! (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=643394337) Trade out your Gremlin for a free medkit and a skill tree that is spread between healing abilities, cooldown-based shots that cripple or cause extra damage, and aura passives. Sounds like a good candidate for your officers, considering they also have a Mark Target ability that counts as a free action.
