I completely agree with Balo though. I'd put Mario Gomez in there, but he is wrecking the Turkish league. He just couldn't handle Italy.

El Shaarawy looks pretty good right now, but he's been so injury prone it wouldn't shock me if his career fizzles out due to injuries. Balotelli was legitimately good (although inconsistent) in like 2012 and 2013. That move to Liverpool seems to have completely killed his career though. He'd be smart to move to a club like Bologna, Torino or Sassuolo to see if it could kick start him again.

Liverpool should just sell him to a Chinese club while the getting is good. It's a real shame, he was great for Italy in the last euros and he was good for Milan in the stint before this.

Being good means being consistent and Balo was never consistent, he was like Guti who had 1 excellent game where he was unplayable and then 3 games where he was invisible.

Spangly A posted:your good = consistent thing is dumb Of course is not, what good is does to you to have a player that only shows up occasionally? Balotelli isn't consistent because he's not professional, he has attitude issues among others. Messi and Cristiano are considered the best players in the world because every season they score a million goals for instance, that's consistency.
