Only emojis can express my pure, simple stupidity.

Bit of an MR2 aficionado. 2nd gen MR2 had 200 hp in the US all years (91-94) and was closer to $30k new

The Japanese one started at 200 I believe then stopped at 220 throughout the years. Don't think it ever hit 240. Only thing really different was emissions and a ceramic turbo. Last year in Japan was 1998 iirc

I love 90s Japanese sports cars as much as the next dude but they were by no means affordable or reasonably priced. Always hilarious because people thought their 1994 MR2 was some pot of gold and would still try to get $20k for the drat thing and still probably do to this day.

Only thing that changed in the 94 was the spoiler and tailights. Tailights were an easy swap that nearly every US owner does. The 93 started to include the LSD and upgraded suspension which helped prevent snap oversteer. Some spergs' said the 91/92 had more aggressive handling in the hands of a better driver but who knows

Now if I could just get that 3rd gen rx-7 with an LS1...

Has there been any movement of IDR here or anywhere? I'm sure he's busy banging out trannies followed by immediately posting on his blog about how trannies are horrible while explaining sweet Starcraft strategies in his British accent.

poo poo I have legitimate questions for that army man

is it really worse than being in the navy? Like, there are so many things I would have rather done with that time in my life, but I would like to be able to just say that at least I wasn't in the army

lol I went to this school for about 4 months in Ft Riley, over the winter, and they were letting the the students muster and then go to the gym for pt because it was butt-rear end cold outside in KS in the winter, but on the way we would pass all these army dudes out doing pushups and tireflips and other things on the grass in front of their buildings. Dude, it was like a flat 0 degrees and you're out here in polyester windbreakers and the cheapest fleece gloves on earth who the gently caress does this to their troops, but on more than one occasion I met some army guy who would give me this "no siree you wouldn't catch me on no boat no way no how" routine, which I never understood.

So I guess my question is, "was it good to be in the army when you were in the army?" I ask because I would like to confirm my suspicion that being in the army is at best, ok.

Exception made for the national guard sf guys I knew in iraq. Those dudes were mostly firemen and cops who deployed to iraq to shoot people as a hobby. That seemed pretty cool, but I don't know if that counts as "being in the army"l.

I did a deployment to a small Army base in Kuwait and as retarded as the Navy is, thank gently caress I wasn't in the Army. It's really that bad.
