jfc that is a sweet card. The funny thing is it's probably playable in Limited. We'll see how many ways to gain/lose life at instant speed there are so you can keep yourself from dying to this but it seems like a legit win condition. Like, if you put your opponent to 13 and drop this I wonder how many ways there will be to not die on the next upkeep.

That's an almost standard playable card I think. It basically means your opponent has 7 life, if your turn 3 is the 4 damage burn spell, turn 4 is that, and turn 5 is the madness burn spell, you win.
