I'm scrambling to get the medals together to dokkan an AGI Roshi into Max Power Roshi in time for the tournament, unfortunately I think the AGI medal day was on Monday so I'm just trying my luck on story maps and hoping for the best. Only need 5 of the bronze medals but that's still ~20 capsules I'd need to land on. The team I think I'll be running is: LR Broly PHY SSJ Broly PHY SSJ2 Goku Turles AGI Max Power Roshi (if I can get him in time) STR SSJ Goten (for PHY->rainbow orb change) That's 4 guys that give +2 ki in links or passives, Goten may as well be a 5th with his orb change passive. It's a good thing I have some stones saved up, feel pretty good about my chances to get 80 wins with this team.

I came up with something new that utilizes ssj2 AGL Goku and Shocking Speed a little bit. I'll link when I'm not mobile. I think my WT team will probably be Ultimate Gohan, AGL Max Power Roshi, Teq Whis, UR+ Int Cell, STR SSJ2 Gohan and UR Kid Goku. So a rainbow team, not that usual from my regular one. My one concern is that one AGL card might not be enough to deal with all the Brolys I'm expecting to run into.

The ideal tournament team throws lots of supers. Broly teams are a subset of this, but Shocking Speed and the new Prepared for Battle cards are also very good at it. Lacking the ability to throw a lot of supers, you want strong attackers. +attack leaders win the day if you have a team that's lacking in ki links. You need to break 10k damage reliably and have good type coverage for both offense and defense. Notably bad at this is PHY SSJ Vegeta.

If you can't build a +ki team to throw supers, then focus on characters that can do over 8k damage every attack. This means you want characters with low 100% damage ki thresholds and passives that increase ATK. I'm in that boat and by simply being able to almost always OHKO my targets, I was able to get top 5000 in the last WT.

I took a look at that box picture you posted a while back. Maybe something like this? PHY SSJ Vegeta/INT SSJ Gohan/INT SSJ Trunks/AGL SSJ Bardock/AGL 17/PHY Perfect Cell Takes advantage of SSJ Vegeta's leader skill pretty well, I think. You could also run AGL Goku in place of 17. I just realized that the reason the they were running Battle of Gods was to try and get the +3 Ki Shu support medals. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to go as gung-ho as I did for the 1st and 3rd World Tournaments, but I hope that 80 wins should be doable. Team Turles/Majin Vegeta/SSJ3Goku/AGL Kaioken Goku/AGL SSG Goku/SSJBroly should be pretty good for hopefully hitting supers, but not having as many Tree of Mights/Shu's could be an issue on the rankings.

They introduced a new collectable crystal thing that you can cash in for characters. There's a INT SSJ2 Teen Gohan, SSR Krillin and Yamcha, some other stuff. They can only be collected in the the new chapters.

Why are there two different SR TEQ Krillins? As a side question, is there a good Krillin? I have a Z-Fighter team, but the only Krillins I have are the two different TEQ ones, and Police Krillin.

I'd keep the Police one just because Patrol is a fun link with Saiyaman and Jaco, but realistically, you'll probably never use any of them. That said, one ends up with an Awakened cost higher than the other.. That's the better one. But not by much. They did the same thing with AGL Yamcha.

I think the cheaper one (Martial Stability) is better, just by merit of a less lovely passive. I will say Fruits of Labor has way cooler art and they're otherwise really similar. They both have insane 12 ki multipliers, though. Martial Stability has 150% and Fruits of Labor has 155%. As for Yamcha? The AGL ones both suck. The STR one's the good one. Needs a lot of ki, but can really shine on a STR Kamehameha team. The new Baba Shop stuff in Japan has new SSRs for Krillin, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu. Krillin looks really solid, the othera look merely okay. All have Golden Z-Fighters and what look like Extreme supers, so that could be fun. The other two cards are a pretty impressive looking SSR INT SSJ2 Gohan and (finally) an SR Ginyu Goku. Edit: And another 2 hour extension!
