You're definitely doing something wrong because not only does Stare follow enemies that dash out of range after it locks on them, it doesn't last even two seconds.

Actual-Wolverine's sig is pretty bad too because it has all the whiffing potential of NC's on a character whose mobility is on par with an ulting Punisher.

I'm now struggling to think of who has actually-good signatures that I enjoy using and are good (GG I enjoy using but not good depending on RNG, Blade's are good but not enjoyable).

I love Ironing Fist and Visine's sigs because they have this mega ramp up that lets you know "im gonna brute gently caress you for 20 million" and that is MUY SATISFACTORIO.

There's a lot of great sigs. Magik and Colossus both obliterate the screen and refill your Spirit. Rouge too.

The "depending on your gear" part of his original post is probably relevant here: it has a delay long enough that you may have killed everything before it explodes.

Nova's is pretty cool because it's spam the poo poo out of everything then blow people up on top of that.
