A CIG employee stands at ship-like door and swipes his keycard emphatically, but despite his best efforts the door remain silent. "The doors aren't working again," the drone says, just wanting to get the day of refactoring over with. A familiar voice pipes up from the other side of the door. "Do you honestly believe?" The drone sighs deeply and resigns himself to his fate. "I honestly believe that CIG is the best company, and I honestly believe in Chris Roberts." The doors slide open, revealing the face of Sandi from the other side. She adjusts her glasses to ensure there was no possible sign of her acting tell and she begins to talk. "Those doors? They're working perfectly fine. It's funny you see. No-one else has had trouble walking through. You see," Sandi says, and pauses for dramatic effect, "They were recently upgraded to detect FUD." An uncomfortable silence occurs between the two members of CIG, and a bead of sweat runs down the drone's forehead as Sandi rises from her chair. She moves with a slowness akin to stalking tiger who were the best predators since they were a little cub , or progress in the PU. Sandi smiles and it chills the drone to see such a thing. She is uncomfortably close now. "Why don't you tell me what you're thinking, Eight Ace." A distant scream. Somewhere, someone mutters, 'Dirty leavers' and returns to shredding financial records. She said the backers won't know, and by God, she was right.
