Seriously though if I was a customer with hundreds to thousands of bucks worth of purchases I'd be loving pissed if my ticket wasn't even acknowledged for days and days. Amazon usually has a resolution within 24 hours for simple stuff. Standards for poo poo like this is at least a "hey thanks for your ticket. We are working on it now doing X" within 12-24 hours on submission. If not sooner.
