A slow-speed roll completely collapsed the cab? I've seen pickups of that era which had flipped at relatively high speed, landed upside down, and didn't collapse like that.

A M54 makes the same power as the S52 but with more torque and less weight (alu block). Car seems pretty clean, everything works properly, etc. If I was looking for something more on the stock side of things I'd be picking that up. Unfortunately, I'm looking more at a 318is with suspension and a half cage.

Funny story over a year ago I bought some tool boxes and welders from a older fellow who was retiring to Alaska. he also had this jeep for sale. 47 willys with a buick v6 dude was even throwing in an extra v6 engine. I open the local camera adds and I find this http://www.cameraads.com/inventory?...count_id=&type= I am almost tempted to call the dude and ask why he is selling the jeep soo soon after buying it.

I think he's aiming for 300whp N52 in an E30.

Dr.Caligari posted:I'm not sure if the bigger mystery is why you would like anything about a 2003 hyaundai, or how that camaro doesn't have a cracked or curled dash, and it being in NM of all places. I've mentioned it before but my 2001 Accent was the perfect car for me in college. It broke the timing belt as I was moving cross-country to start work after school, so I didn't give it up of my own choice. I thought the seat and driving position were perfectly suited to me, the hatch was useful, and it got a steady 30 mpg whether I drove in the city or on the freeway. The original battery lasted 8 years before finally dying suddenly about 6 months before the timing belt went. It never rusted, even in upstate NY. The red color was pretty good looking and remained bright with only occasional automatic carwash trips. The windows were nice and big, and low enough that I could comfortably drive with my arm out the window. The only problem with it--prior to the timing belt failure--was that in its final months of life, the driver's side window knob would pop off if you weren't careful, because I'd spent 75,000 miles rolling down the window every single time I got in the car. The Z28 is drat cool but if the transmission isn't working, I don't really have much way to verify that the rest of the parts work properly, and it's new enough to need a smog test but it can't get to the testing station
