It's like a buff, you can see the blue glow on him, it will keep casting as long as he has that glow.

Uhhh I'm really confused.. wiki says that I can purchase Dung Pie from the handmaiden after I give her the grave warden's ashes, but I'm not seeing them on her. Are they a limited purchase that I already bought? I can buy kukri from her so I definitely gave her the ashes. Particularly confused because I see other depleted items like "alluring skull" and "human pine resin" with 0 in stock, but no dung pie anywhere, so what gives?

I will say that I prefer DS1 and DS2's overall aesthetic to DS3's. DS3 is drinking far too heavily from the Bloodborne bottle for my tastes, and it ends up garishly clashing in tone throughout the game in places. The desaturated look really started to get to me after a while, too. Never did I think I would've been wishing to see the bright, sickly greens of Harvest Valley again, but I'd rather stare at that place than Farron Keep any day of the week.
