Judicial activists HATE our Republican form of government and LOVE substituting their tyrannical authority for the rule of law so we get retarded poo poo like "selective incorporation" Less taxes, more guns, nothing else matters. This is my favorite part because the metropolitan-area republicans who are gonna vote on Tuesday for the most part don't give a hot gently caress about bathrooms.
