The driver side strut tower in the first one is probably turbo hosed. RIP.
The second one is an XI... The front subframes and their mounting locations are different than the RWD cars.

With that many miles it's probably a good one. The problem is that the balance is so delicate that any part you replace could throw the system out of superposition and turn it into a turd.
