I see cyclists riding in little circles in the intersection almost everyday and am surprised more incidents like this don't occur. Just stop and put your foot down.

Took me a few watches to realise the tyre was coming up behind the rider and then bounced off the car, rather than that car suddenly and forcefully jettisoning one of its wheels sideways. But this just raises further questions  e/ okay I just spotted the ancient looking shitbox the wheel came off of careening past the bike on the other side in the verge, but still, how the hell? There needs to be more understanding of the basic fight or flight response of humans by law enforcement, especially when involving kids. We have examples that aren't much better. Shooting a kid here cause his reaction to a weed bust was to try to drive away and escape. Not even getting into why they are busting kids in weed stings.
