Litten will become Fire/Fighting by its final form. The others will be dual Fairy types. All of them will have Mega Evolutions that turn them into Fairy/Fighting types.

HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO CHOOSE WITH THE STARTERS. I LOVE CATS OWLS AND SEALS! My thoughts for the inspiration on these: Litten: feral housecats. Big problem in the islands. Rowlett: pueo, the Hawaiian owl Popplio: Design looks very California sea lion (your typical circus seal), but I'm wondering if they're also gonna pull in some Hawaiian monk seal. Moon legendary: could be drawing some from the Hawaiian hoary bat? Sun legenary: yeah I dunno, it's another lion and will probably be fire. IS IT NOVEMBER YET.

Really wish they'd keep it going into the Gen 4 remakes but it probably won't happen because HURR TRADITION My thoughts on the starters: The grass/flying owl is pretty meh unless he gets a badass final evolution. The water seal is okay but not my thing. The fire cat rules, he looks like the black cats in the animated movie Gay Purr-ee:
