I got an email from one of my professors suggesting I do the second level of Stats this fall. That's a grad level course. Is there anyone here that has taken a grad course during undergrad that could weigh in?

Definitely not stats, but I hate stats, while it sounds like you might not, so. Give it a shot.

Also a lot of Undergrad does feel like jumping through hoops NN. Like I'm doing to majors and two minors while keeping a GPA above 3.4, but I feel like I am not guaranteed poo poo since I'm not STEM (well, I am but Sociology is considered soft science)
