Cahill isn't great but he's quick and is probably more reliable than Stones at this point. I'd probably have Stones play against the teams you'd expect to have possession against and Cahill against the teams you wouldn't. Henderson is a weird one. I think he's better than Noble and Drinkwater but going on current form I'd probably agree that he should be on the bench.

Townsend over Antonio is the one that gets me. I understand not taking Noble and Cresswell as that's a lot of competition for those positions. Carroll is too inconsistent. But Antonio has been great all season while Townsend had a few good games and then got relegated.

Townsend is in the form of his life tbf, I've never been a fan at all but even though all he does is cut inside and shoot, he's at least scoring for Newcastle Mark Noble captained an England team to a final and will never be called up to the full squad despite having a better season than all but two of the midfielders picked.
