Also he makes Zenyatta as durable as an actual character  Its not so great if you're playing against a.seagull, but you're not playing against a.seagull. I wish that there was one Play of the Game on KotH maps for each point. I got a quad kill as Soldier 76 on the last point but there's only one PotG for the entire match. I'm also playing more Mercy, and practicing using the pistol at times. Most people don't expect a Mercy to swap from the staff to shoot them, which has let me get turn the tables a few times. I didn't like Symmetra from open beta, but she's grown on me. She seems harmless to fight, but it's a trick. Don't get too close or you'll find yourself beamed to death pretty quickly, after which she'll gain back half her health. Plus of course all the turrets you can plop down let you be a prick, especially if you place them to zap enemies desperate to reach the health kits. There's even potential to be a team-killing prick too, if you place your teleporter at the edge of a cliff. Or so I've heard. I would never do that myself, of course. I wish I was better at McCree. I keep forgetting to use his abilties. I died a couple times because I forgot he can dodge-roll to reload instantly, and I was one bullet from winning a fight. I realized that Mei is super-obnoxious on payload maps in the Arcade brawl. The cooldowns are lowered, but the wall duration was not, so you can solo chain-block the cart. Symmetra still needs a buffer but she's still fun. Re: toxicity, I've always said the best way to combat toxicity is to remove anonymity. People are far less likely to be toxic if it removes them from all blizzard games and has their real name attached. It's not like lol where you can just make another account. It works.

Came up against a really dumb 4-Reinhardt premade earlier that annihilated my rando group until 3 of us switched to Bastion and just sat there shredding their stupid gimmick Every once in a while they'd kill a turret with that charge but having more than one Bastion is lol I felt dirty all over but gently caress everything about fighting 4 Reinhardts on an escort map

The real solution to getting flamed is the mute button. This issue has been solved for over a decade. I don't understand why companies are hiring psychologists and neutering chat options (no all talk in Hots is inexcusable) for the biggest possible non issue.

today I packed up my computer for a cross-country move and won't have access to it until june 8th at the earliest my laptop can run this game at 47% render scale at 720p and it looks like giant mess of pixels and im strongly considering playing the game that way for the next two weeks

The huge number of interactions I've had that are negative have outweighed my positives by an infinite number, because I don't think I've ever seen a positive interaction. Maybe it's 10-1 if you count four people on the other team saying "gg", and one person spamming racial slurs as 4-1, but otherwise, it's pretty clearly always negative. I rarely say anything in allchat, ever, and I've still gotten called racial slurs three times for getting PotG as Mercy with quad/quintuple rez by the other team. People get mad when they lose and allchat gives the teens a way to vent that anger. There's no other use for it. There's no "positive interaction" to have. Also, my favorite part: funny how though in your defense of allchat not being negative you yourself start throwing insults. Good job, you're right; nobody ever just starts slinging insults at people for no reason. You wrote my own post for me, nice.Hell, I even had a post in the beta thread about how fellow goons in totally random matches ended with them calling me names while I am on their friends list, so.
