This is the show that turned the generic goofy boss and 'jock friend #2' into well-developed characters (and then put them into an adorable relationship). I can't wait to see Valencia get more screentime and see her grow as well.

Eh, Heather did the stupid "encouraging you to go see your ex was a test" thing. White Josh hasn't done anything a therapist would discourage, though I suspect he might be super obsessed with working out, which could be explored in the future.
